Some teams are built by recruiting people in. Nate + Staciβs team grew a little differently: people kept finding them. β€οΈ
Today, their team has grown to 15 people, with a culture where they joke that nobody leaves. But behind that retention is something much bigger: people feel supported, they have the resources they need, and the team genuinely feels like family.
Theyβve also made giving back part of the way they do business. Through their partnership with Hope International, a portion of every transaction helps support entrepreneurs in other countries as they work to build businesses of their own. π
And for Staci, thereβs an especially full-circle piece to their story. Years ago, while reading The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, she wrote on a Post-it that she wanted her husband to join her in real estate someday.
Fast forward to today. Nate and Staci are building the business together. π₯Ή
