Due to inclement weather, Marion Circuit, Superior and Small Claims courts will be closed on Friday, February 4. The closure does include remote sessions. Twenty-four hour sites (Juvenile Detention Center, RSR, Pre-Trial and Initial Hearing Court) will remain operational.

The court status phone line number is 317-327-2800. Staff, clients and other member of the public may call this number to check on the status of the court (if it is open or closed).

New Hands-Free Law Takes Effect July 1, 2020. The Indiana State Police would like to remind everyone of changes to Indiana's distracted driving law taking effect this coming Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Drivers will still be permitted to hold and use their phone to make an emergency 911 call.
