NCS continues to be a proud sponsor of the Kiwanis Club of Indianapolis’ Abe Lincoln Scholarship program. We congratulate the six Indianapolis area students who were awarded scholarships this year, the 51st year for the program. NCS lawyer Scott Harkness has served on the scholarship committee for 25 years. The scholarship program was created in 1976 with a vision of funding scholarships for high school seniors who overcome tremendous obstacles. Students who are nominated are welcomed into Kiwanis’ Circle of Valor. In 51 years, Kiwanis has recognized 925 students and awarded $1,430,100 in scholarships to 206 students.
