Our office has been successful in many cases in obtaining SSDI or SSI benefits at the hearing stage. My office and staff understand what is necessary to prepare, and present the proper exhibits, records, and other information to the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (Hearing Office) to get the most necessary and relevant evidence, and records before the Social Security Administration. Although it doesn’t happen as often, we have been able to obtain benefits during other stages of the appeal, such as the Request for Reconsideration. We charge you no fee unless you win, and receive past due benefits. We also offer what is sometimes not available with other “representative services”, that is, a personal connection with a client, and individual service by my office, and the providing of frequent updates throughout the appeal.
