Rehab Update: we're live! 🏡 This one has been a labor of love, for sure. It's been refreshed & renewed, keeping style and charm that only a 90 year old house could have in mind. I pulled back the carpet and gave those hardwood floors the glow up they deserve 🤩 Opened up the floorplan to make it more functional and updated just about everything else to give the next owner peace of mind for years to come!

If you've followed me for some time, you know this isn't my first renovation, but it is my first official flip property and I'm so proud of the outcome 😍 Stop by between 12-2 tomorrow and take a look!

I like to share my stories to help people understand that major repairs don't always cost major money, and a lot of times, you can fix it yourself.

My tenant called me last week and said the garage door wouldn't go down and it was actually caving in 😳 Repair cost: $220

A couple of days after Christmas, I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling, clearly from a roof leak. It looks like a bullet went through my roof. And this is why we tell y'all NOT TO FIRE INTO THE AIR FFS‼️ Anyway, repair cost: $280
