Christie Bell & Marshall is proud to support the 23rd Annual Race Away From Domestic Violence on August 15, 2026.

This important event benefits the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence and helps raise awareness for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence throughout Indiana.

Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to run, walk, or roll through the accessible 5K course beginning at IU Michael A. Carroll Stadium in Indianapolis. The event features beautiful views of the White River and Indianapolis Zoo, along with team awards, family-friendly activities, and more.

We encourage our friends, clients, and community members to join us in supporting this important cause.

A major U.S. Supreme Court decision could have a significant impact on truck accident cases.

The Court recently ruled that freight brokers may be held liable when they negligently hire unsafe trucking companies, expanding accountability beyond just the truck driver or trucking company.
