Want to see if you qualify for EXPUNGEMENT in Indiana?
You must not have any pending criminal charges and complete sentence, including probation and parole.
Expungement is not available for certain serious offenses, such as murder or s*x crimes.
If you only have misdemeanor convictions- wait at least five years without committing a new crime and pay all of the court costs, fees, probation fees, home detention fees, restitution. If you have a felony conviction, you generally would need to wait at least eight years without committing a new crime and pay all of the fees.

The process can take several months.
