•Must be willing to have two conversations: 1 via phone and one in person for subcontract interview

Any transparent individual who you may think have “made it” will share that the road to success has been slow, methodical, bumps included both here and there and often, intentional and purposeful.

In short, expectations of expedited success rate is rare.

For the majority of entrepreneurs, success, by design, is made up of physically and mentally meticulous steps that takes ample amount of patience, perseverance and time.

Forget the elevator. Fast track success doesn’t occur this way. Know that the road to success takes time.

If your previous ways are not working, don’t insist that this route will eventually prevail.

Alter some changes, pivot, adjust, do whatever you need to do to deliver results you are looking for.

But repeating the same steps only resulting in mishap time and time again should tell you to reflect on your current actions.

Never give up. But never repeat the same exact steps that led you to lack success.

A new member of our team is Blake Brehmer! Still fairly new, he has already delivered great skill and service to RWB!

A student from Ball State University with a 5 year degree program to become a certified architect, Blake developed additional experience from Dayton, Ohio and has been drafting and designing for 4 years.

In the short time he has been with us, his skill of drafting and design, construction management, and wood working has reflected in our property rehabs! We are excited to continue growing our company with Blake!

We always enjoy learning unique facts about our company members. Blake shared he was the first chair of the jazz ensemble from freshmen to senior year in both high school and college. Perhaps we can hear his talent in the near future!

We missed Ena today but the team was able to gather and prep for this weeks workload at the office in the Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association building! We began Monday meetings and it’s been a great way to connect with everybody at once.

It’s been between 5-6 months now since we first started using Buildertrend and I can’t express how much of a game changer it has been for our business. From invoicing and daily project managing, it has surpassed my expectations of making life just a little easier in the work field!

Clients have also been pleased with this software since this allows them access to updates on their property!
