✨ 2025 has been a year of growth, alignment, and big steps forward.

This year, I bought my first investment property, found an incredible business partner through Contracting Solutions, and made the decision to change brokerages—all moves rooted in doing real estate more intentionally and sustainably. At home, we continued making thoughtful, sustainable renovations, focusing on efficiency, longevity, and living lighter on the planet.

None of this happens in a vacuum. I’m especially grateful for my wife, who’s been right alongside me through every step. And I’m excited to share that she’ll be joining me in some capacity in 2026 as we continue building something rooted in purpose, not just transactions.

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m energized by what’s next: expanding impact, refining how we do real estate differently, and continuing to align our personal values with our professional lives.

Here’s to growth, partnerships, and building something that lasts. 🌱🏡

But Boone County, Indiana is doing the opposite, by introducing an ordinance that bans wind turbines, institutes a near-ban on commercial solar, and restricts Battery Energy Storage Systems.
