What an amazing October of closings!🤍🏡🍁✨
In September my SIL & her husband put their home up for sale in Monticello and we got a couple great offers that weekend! 😊
Then we found them the most beautiful home closer to Indy, in Whitestown! We got the new construction home for $20k under asking which was amazing. Just last year we were still offering over asking on homes!
After closing on those two homes, my close family friend had their dream home come down in price & they reached out to go see it! We put in an offer and then we went to battle for 3 weeks straight 😂 I’m so thankful they were so graceful & trusting through the process, because it was a rough one!
I’m so excited to see them both make homes out of these houses, that’s the best part of what I do. I’m also super thankful for everyone who trusts me through this process. It’s overwhelming & tough for buyers/sellers whether it’s your first transaction or not. I do everything in my power to make sure my clients get the best deal possible & are educated along the way 🤍🏡 happy November!🦃
