Richard Mann will be mediating a complex civil matter involving 4 lawsuits, Jennifer Aldridge will be mediating a probate matter, Megan Gehring , and Mary Allgier will each be mediating a family law matter.

Mediation Day is back for 2025! Join the Family Law Section and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section on August 8th at the Community Justice Center (CJC) by volunteering to mediate one (or more) of 30 family law/civil cases and free up valuable docket space.

The legacy of July 4, 1776, is not only found in fireworks and parades, but in the ongoing work of those who strive to protect the rights enshrined in our founding documents.

Among the modern torchbearers of that legacy are attorneys—such as those at Mann Law—who dedicate their lives to defending justice and ensuring equal rights for all. Through their tireless advocacy, including their involvement in significant cases that have helped shape the legal landscape, attorneys at Mann Law safeguard the principles of liberty, equality, and due process. We at Mann Law have successfully fought in the United States Supreme Court for the rights on mothers who Indiana refused to recognize their motherhood of child born to same-sex mothers, in the United States District Court for the rights of same-sex couples to marry, and in the United State District Court for the first amendment rights of a Sheriff deputy who was suspended for stating her opinions.
