We are pleased to announce our merger with Bell & Bell, LLP, effective May 1, 2024. We will be operating under the name Haberl, Buell, Rice & Bell, PLLC, with five attorneys: Katherine Haberl-Thomas, Christopher Buell, Erin Rice Petrillo, Montgomery Bell, and Paul Bell.

The combination will expand our capabilities in the practice areas of real estate law, including representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, oil and gas law, estate administration and probate, estate planning, business law, and family law.

We are excited to provide our clients access to both firms’ experience and complementary practices, and we will continue to offer high quality and affordable legal services to Indiana County and the surrounding area.

We will consolidate our offices at 100 South 7th Street, where Haberl, Buell & Rice is now located.
