Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Ability to pass a drug test
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• Moving of furniture and home contents.
• Demolition of drywall, flooring, trims and insulation.
• Delivering materials to job sites.
• Clean up job sites.
• Help with Mitigation (dry-out) of homes.
• Learn best practices from the senior crew guys and Field Operations Manager.
• “Normal” working hours are 7:45am-5pm Monday-Friday. Hours may increase during surges in business.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.

RPM's work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.
