Friends of Freddie rescues dogs that are likely to be euthanized due to curable, but costly, medical conditions. If you know our Shannon, she is one of those success stories! She was rescued by Friends of Freddie from the panhandle of Florida just days before she was scheduled to be euthanized because she had heartworms and no one was willing to adopt her and nurse her back to health. Today, she is healthy, deeply loved, and living her best life with us.
