RUMORS OF ERIC'S RETIREMENT ARE GREATLY EXAGGERATED: Tune in next week for the rest of the story - but the shdort version is - Kevin and Eric had a friendly business disagreement over the firm's business model, so we have amicably agreed to end this Baldwin and Vernon, LLC. We are both establishing new firms - Kevin is partnering with EriN Vernon to focus exclusively on civil plaintiff trial work; EriC will be flying solo, and trying to re-establish his criminal defense business, where he got his start. Kevin and Eric remain good friends and share the ownership of the Church of Civil Rights - Hall of Justice here in Independence.
Tune in back here - we will be creating two new web sites and social media accounts, and we will be re-directing folks to them as soon as they are live.
