We are honored to be the only Cleveland admiralty practice to be on a national tier 3 voted by other lawyers and published by US World News and Reports Best Lawyers. Our firm is oldest in Cleveland and have many appearances in SCOTUS shaping admiralty law for the last 150 years or so. It is a great legacy to carry on.

Our firm has been around awhile. Just found this in our archives. Our founding partner Harvey D Goulder 1883. We also had a partner run for Cleveland Mayor in the early 1900s.

Gun safety, control and limitations are needed to protect the children we do cherish. As a gun owner I will vote for the candidate brave enough to change law.
25 years of age to buy and register to use guns; complete ban on assault weapons and piercing ammo; background checks, heightened school security; a centralized federal crisis unit to advise in an active shooter situation.
88 percent of our citizens want change. Scotland and Australia although smaller countries instituted change that prevented mass shootings
I have contacted our lawmakers, I am willing to protest, assist whoever wants change.
I know this may cost me clients but wouldn’t you give up an assault weapon to save just one child calling 911 to desperately plea for help from a shooter telling them this is their day to die. It is too much. I keep my politics private but this is too much for an enlightened society to bear. Bring it on. I am up for a debate….
