• Great when you run out of space in the main contract
• No built-in expiration → can remain open-ended unless tied to an offer deadline

✨ Amendment = CHANGING
Used after a contract is already signed.
• Proposes a modification to an existing agreement
• Comes with an expiration (typically ~3 days)
• No response = no change (contract stays the same)

⚡ Why this matters:
Before amendments existed, agents used addendums for everything—even after contracts were signed. This caused confusion when one party signed and the other didn’t 😬
👉 Amendments fixed that by creating a clear proposal + expiration timeline.

💡 Form breakdown (know these!):
• ADM (Addendum) → Adds terms to an offer
• AEA (Amendment) → Proposes changes to an active contract
• ETA (Extension of Time) → Extends timelines (acts like an amendment)
