Voigt Davis, Realtors® was established in 1985 as an independent real estate company by Gary L. Pat was the Broker of the company and Gary was the first salesperson and Associated Broker. The company mission statement has always been “Bringing Buyers and Sellers together to build a better community”. We decided to join the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise in August 2015 to better pro
vide our clients and customers with the continuously evolving media and technical tools of our changing world today while still giving them the same excellent services. The company has always focused on honestly and integrity in customer satisfaction and today has 25 fulltime agents representing real estate sales for all of South Eastern Idaho. We can assist clients and customers with residential, relocation, commercial, farm and land, recreational, new construction and building lot sales. Voigt Construction built many subdivisions and homes in the Idaho Falls area including Spring Meadows, Cedar Ridge, Spring Creek, Waterford and Southpoint. They also completed many commercial construction projects around the area. The company contributes to community service in many areas with sales agents sitting on Board of Directors past and present including IF Zoological Society, Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Senior Citizens Center, Make A Wish, Rotary, YMCA, and EITC Foundation. The agents are strong participants in the local Board of Realtors and Snake River Multiple Listing Service as well as the Idaho Association of Realtors and the Idaho Real Estate Commission and have served on those Board of Directors in all capacities. The company was sold to John Tanner, Associated Broker in 2009 and Pat Davis continues to be the Broker for the company.
