Sain
Kevin was born in Newport Beach, California on September 2, 1971 to Walter and Jane Sain. Shortly thereafter his family moved back to McCurtain County where he was raised. He graduated from Idabel High School in 1989. He went on to attend Northeastern State University, graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree, and Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he received his law
degree in 1998; he was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association the same year. He is also admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Eastern District of Texas. He is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Arkansas. He has over 23 years of Legal Practice in the areas of personal injury and Wrongful Death. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the McCurtain County Bar Association (Serving as President since 2005), the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He currently serves on the Oklahoma Bar Association Board of Governors, representing Supreme Court Judicial District Two. In addition to the practice of law, Kevin has been recognized for his numerous community activities and involvement with local non-profit causes. He was the recent recipient of the 2013 Glenn Smith Human Relations Award from the Oklahoma Education Association. He works as an auctioneer and conducts numerous annual charity auctions and other fundraisers. He is the 2001 Oklahoma State Champion auctioneer and was a finalist in the 2004 International Auctioneer Championship. He works as a licensed auctioneer in Texas and Oklahoma and is a past Director of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. He lives in Idabel with his two sons, Kolton and Karson.
