On this day, June 8, 1968, the funeral of Robert F. Kennedy occurred in New York. His brother, Ted Kennedy, eulogized him. He stated, "My brother need not be idealized or enlarged in death beyond what he was in life, to be remembered simply as a good and decent man, who saw wrong and tried to right it, saw suffering and tried to heal it, saw war and tried to stop it." RFK was buried later that night at Arlington National Cemetery. Some 58 years later, we remember RFK and one of the very special quotes that impacts the way we run our firm.

Most estate plans were built for a slower world.

One meeting.
One binder.
Then nothing changes for years.

Meanwhile…

• Tax laws change
• Asset values change
• Businesses grow
• Families change
• Beneficiaries marry, divorce, struggle, mature, or drift
• Retirement accounts evolve
• Risks increase
• Opportunities disappear

Yet most families still rely on static documents created years ago and hope everything will “just work.”

Hope is not a strategy.

The truth is this:

A static estate plan cannot fully protect dynamic wealth.

That’s why we built the Dynamic Estate Planning System™ — a living wealth protection process designed for affluent families in the AI era.

This is not “once-and-done” estate planning.

It’s an actively maintained family wealth system designed to help:
✔ Reduce unnecessary taxes
✔ Protect inheritances from divorce, lawsuits, and creditors
✔ Coordinate trusts, LLCs, retirement accounts, and beneficiary designations
✔ Prepare heirs for responsibility
✔ Adapt as laws, assets, and family circumstances change

The families who preserve wealth across generations rarely rely on outdated systems.

They build infrastructure.

If your family has accumulated significant wealth, but your plan has not been meaningfully reviewed, updated, funded, or coordinated in years…

your estate plan may already be obsolete.

That's why we have scheduled a private briefing for qualified families. We explain the problem and the solution.

After attending, a limited number of qualified families will be given a private Wealth Protection Gap Analysis.

This process identifies:
• Hidden weaknesses
• Funding problems
• Tax exposure
• Outdated provisions
• Asset protection gaps
• Coordination failures

—and provides a roadmap to transform your current plan into a living wealth system.

Because in today’s world…

your estate plan should evolve as fast as your wealth does.
