Some days I really like knowing quite a lot about tenant rights and homeowner rights. The things I've seen some as****es try to get away with should get them thrown in jail, but I guess I'll have to accept forcing them to follow the damn law.

Thie biggest danger that people who buy homes on "rent to own" or "land contract" agreements is the theft of their equity, and I see it way more often than I should.
