The Evelyn Boatright case closed in March 2025. It was official after the Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS) dismissed the case with Evelyn back into the care of her parents.

Against All Odds, the parents faced a Children's Hospital claiming they abused their little girl, specifically Shaken Baby Syndrome. Despite those odds, the parents and our legal team, fought through so much adversity. It's almost impossible to beat the system (CPS, Child Abuse Pediatrician's, powerful Children's Hospitals, and a biased court) but its only impossible if you give up. The parents never gave up, and they believed in us as much as we believed in them, and this faith produced a win and a moment that will always be priceless.
