Homebuyers are increasingly looking to Decatur County for affordable real estate. While the average home price has soared over $300,000 in the Hunstville/Madison County area, the average home sales price in Decatur County was $270,000 in June.

Sales drop more than 9% in Madison, Limestone counties compared to a year ago.
