Byron Peterson was charged with murder for shooting and killing 53-year-old Demetrius Jones. Both men lived in the same apartment complex.

Another murder case dismissed this week! Chad had a client charged with murder, the case was set for preliminary hearing on Wednesday. After the hearing, Judge Coats determined that there was not sufficient probable cause for the case to move forward, sighting issues of self defense.
