“We didn’t even think we were going to buy anything today.”

We had a customer come into Reliable Homes of Huntsville on a Friday recently.

They were just wanting to see some homes.

That was it.

So our salesperson showed them around, answered their questions and gave them as much information as they could.

And somewhere along the way, something changed.
They got comfortable.

By the time they were getting ready to leave, they decided they were ready to move forward.

They left a deposit that day.

They didn’t come in expecting to buy a house.

They came in to look, found something they liked, and made the decision themselves.

That’s how we want this process to feel.

When I first started at Reliable Homes, I did a little mystery shopping.

I went to other dealerships and told them what I was looking for.
And I noticed something pretty quickly.

I’d ask for one thing…

and somehow I’d end up getting shown more expensive homes than what I actually asked for.

That made me realize we do things a little differently at Reliable Homes of Huntsville.

When somebody comes in here, I don’t want our first thought to be:

“What’s the most expensive home we can sell them?”

I want to know why they came in.

Are you trying to upgrade?

Did something happen to your current home?

Are you looking for an entry-level home?

What kind of payment and down payment are you comfortable with?

Then let’s start there.

We’ll show you a few homes that actually fit what you’re looking for and let you decide what makes sense.

If you want to upgrade from there, absolutely.
