Okay, I’ll admit it. I actually tried Burn Boot Camp about two years ago and I didn’t stick with it. It wasn’t that I didn’t like it. I just wasn’t ready to commit to making fitness a priority in my life at that point.

Fast forward two years, and my friend Christen, who is a trainer at Burn, kept encouraging me to give it another try.

Then two of my past clients (shout out to Lauren and Ryan) started telling me how much Burn had transformed their lives. Not just physically, but in how they felt.

So I figured it might be time to try this again.

And somehow I have now become a person who willingly gets up at 5:30 AM to work out. WHAT? 😂

And on the days where 5:30 AM doesn’t work? I find a way to fit that 45-minute class into my day. Which says a LOT because my schedule can be crazy.

One of the biggest reasons I've actually stuck with it this time is that I don't have to think.

When I go to a regular gym, I walk in and basically wonder, “Okay… what am I supposed to do now?”

But at Burn, the workout is planned for you. The trainer demonstrates every exercise, walks you through it, coaches you, pushes you and helps you modify things when you need to.

All I have to do is just show up.
It’s that simple.

What has surprised me the most is the community.

You start seeing the same faces, learning people's names, encouraging each other and genuinely making friends. It's one of those places where you can walk in not knowing anyone and actually start to feel like you belong.

I've also watched so many people there completely transform. Not just physically, but their confidence and energy are on a new level.

Burn Boot Camp Jones Valley is absolutely worth trying!
