For sellers, I help prepare your home for sale, set a price, determine a selling strategy (sometime telling you things you don’t want to hear), negotiate, and navigate the complexities of the escrow process.

A native Chicagoan, my days are spent proactively attending to the needs of buyers and sellers, reviewing paperwork with attorneys, attending home inspections and showings, preparing and marketing homes for sale, negotiating contracts, and (the most fun of all!) handing over the keys to a happy new home buyer or congratulating a satisfied seller. It’s great to come home to a supportive husband and our busy life with two teen boys, and our black lab, Gunner.
