Tired of the 2-hour commute? 🕒 Let’s talk "Commuter Math" in Calvert County.

Living in Calvert means you can work in the city or on one of the surrounding bases and still come home to the bay breeze. But where you buy depends entirely on which way you're driving at 7:00 AM.

🏛️ The D.C. Commuter (Heading North)
If you’re heading to the District or Andrews AFB, North County is your best bet to save 30+ minutes of drive time daily.

Top Neighborhoods: Dunkirk, Owings, and Chesapeake Beach.

The Drive: From Dunkirk, you’re looking at ~45–50 mins to the Capitol.

The Hack: Use the MTA Commuter Bus (Routes 820-850) from the Sunderland or Prince Frederick Park & Ride. Enjoy the WiFi and nap while someone else drives!

⚓ The PAX River Commuter (Heading South)
If you’re a contractor or military at NAS Patuxent River, South County gives you the most house for your money with the shortest drive.

From First Home to Forever Home! 🏡✨
Ten years ago, I had the honor of helping Donnie buy his very first house. Back then, it was just a bachelor pad and a dream. Fast forward a decade, and that dream has grown into a beautiful family of four (plus a dog!).
Today, we officially closed on an amazing home on a couple of acres, giving them all the room they need to grow! 🌳🐾
Loyalty is the greatest compliment I can receive in this business, but this transaction was about more than just history. We hit a few "seller-caused" hurdles along the way that required some heavy lifting, but we navigated them together to make sure this family got exactly what they deserved.
The best part of my job? Seeing the kids' faces light up the moment they walked into their new home. That pure joy makes every challenge worth it.

Always Ice Cream has a new location in Prince Frederick 🤤 I took the kids and everyone gave it 2 thumbs up!! Cookie Monster is a hard to find flavor and they have it ❤️👏🏼 Winter or not….. go get you a scoop 🍦

Swung in to this new cafe for lunch the other day and 🤤 ….. it was a great change of pace from the chains all over rt 4! If you need a quick wholesome lunch on the go then pop on by! Love it’s walking distance from my office 🫶🏼
