HUNTINGTON — A jury has found a Marshall University football player not guilty of strangulation and not guilty of domestic battery.

Big win yesterday with the 4th Circuit AFFIRMING our 5m jury verdict from 2018. Special thanks to Anthony Majestro and Christy Smith for their hard work on the appeal. Most of all, props to our client who suffered through all of this and refused to be taken advantage of.

Nate was found Not Guilty in today’s jury trial represented by Rich Weston of Weston | Robertson!

Nathaniel Devers, 22, of Akron, Ohio was charged with misdemeanor counts of obstructing, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and two counts of battery of an officer.

It is Super Bowl Sunday so no adult Division but our Football Factory Fives event is still looking like a lot of fun!!! The event starts at 8am this Sunday.

08 Division - 6 teams - 8am to 11.30pam
06 Division - 6 teams - 11.30am to 3pm
03 Division - 4 teams - 3pm to 6.30pm

Come hang out with friends, listen to music, watch soccer and eat some food in your 3-4 hour time slot. Game times will be on the mirror with the tournament bracket. $25 due at sign in table.

Teams can fill up to but not above 7 players. Additions are welcomed! Playing two divisions is allowed! If you have been missed off by accident please just tell us, it was an accident!

You come wearing the colors of the soccer team you have be assigned!
