Huntington Village has had a secret hiding in plain sight, and on Thursday it finally gets a ribbon. ✂️

The Artery is turning one of the village's hidden alleys into a space for art, music and community, and it's being unveiled Thursday, October 22 at 5 PM. You'll find it off New York Avenue, in the alley between New York Avenue and New Street. Big thanks to the Huntington Village BID and the 1653 Foundation for making it happen.

We've walked past that alley more times than we can count. Thursday we get to walk through it. Come say hi, we'll be the ones taking too many pictures.

We wrapped up July with home values up, homes still selling in about a month, and sellers receiving more than asking price on average. 👀

But here’s the interesting part… inventory is starting to creep up, giving buyers a few more choices heading into September.

So what does that mean?
Sellers: You’re still in a strong position — but pricing and presentation matter.
Buyers: A little more inventory may finally give you some breathing room.

Today is a little bittersweet for them as they leave New York for South Carolina, but being closer to family is what it's all about.
