At Glazer Saad Anderson, we stand firmly in support of the Constitution and the rights it guarantees for everyone. These freedoms are not tied to any political party or perspective — they belong to all of us. We uphold and respect the fundamental rights to free speech, peaceful assembly, and protest. These principles are essential to a healthy democracy, and we remain committed to defending them for our community and our nation.
We also support the right to bear arms. We are not selective in the rights we defend — every Constitutional protection matters.
The government and law enforcement cannot unlawfully search you or your home, cannot enter without proper cause, and cannot seize you or your possessions without due process. These safeguards exist for a reason. If we allow these rights to be taken without consequence or pushback, we risk surrendering the very protections the Constitution guarantees.
As Benjamin Franklin wisely stated: "Those who would give up essential Liberty to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." The U.S. Constitution guarantees fundamental rights to all persons within its jurisdiction — regardless of citizenship or immigration status. Through the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, everyone is entitled to due process, equal protection, and freedom of speech, whether their presence is lawful, unlawful, temporary, or permanent.
We will represent you whether you are conservative, liberal, Republican, Democrat, independent, brown, white, or anywhere in between.
We stand with Renee Good. We stand with Alex Pretti. We believe in what our eyes see. We believe in what our ears hear. We believe in truth. And the truth — with action — will set us free. Let us all unmask the facade that the government is acting for the good of the people when it murders them in cold blood for disagreeing with it.
At Glazer Saad Anderson, we remain committed to defending these rights and the people they protect. "When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty." - Thomas Jefferson.
