TWO CASES SETTLED- $625,000.00 and $600,000.00
Our firm was recently able to secure settlements for our clients in two cases involving motor vehicle crashes. The first case involved a client who was rear-ended but had no visible damage to his car. He underwent treatment to his neck and back and endured invasive procedures. No lost earnings were claimed. We were able to obtain a settlement totalling $600,000.00. The second case involved a client who was sideswiped. She sustained injuries to her shoulders and knees and underwent arthroscopic surgeries. We were able to obtain a settlement totalling $625,000.00 on the eve of jury selection.
