Take a breathe first. After you have gathered your thoughts, make an appointment and consult with an Probate Estate Administration attorney. Our Story

Estate and probate administration attorney, probate and estate administration, estate litigation and estate planning services provided. Other areas of practice are real estate, business corporation, celebrity and misc services.

I am a native of Nassau County and have lived on Long Island all my life. As a young adult, I was always helping friends and family when they got sick and dealing with their legal affairs so that their family was taken care of. It first started when I was the executor of my grandmother’s estate at the age of 19 years old. I always felt the need to help people and stand up for those that could not such as the elderly. I was honored to know a man named Bob. Bob was my neighbor when I was 15 years old. He was extremely bright. He worked for NASA and held many patents. He helped me with my education - guiding me on what to read, what to study. He was amazing. When he lost his wife, he had no relatives to speak of. I helped him manage his affairs and get through his day and dealt with his Estate. I was always drawn to helping the elderly and their families. When I graduated law school I worked for a general law firm that handled estate matters.

I was able to focus my practice on probate and estate administration including litigation, estate planning and trusts. I am thrilled that I can help families plan their estate but also help them after the loss of their loved one. The last thing that someone needs when they are grieving is to deal with the legal affairs of their loved one. When you are grieving it is emotionally draining. I have developed my practice to take away that stress. I provide an emergency number to all my clients. They can text me if there is an emergency. They can email me if they have a question or an urgent problem.

My office will prepare all the necessary papers to protect you and the Estate, from filing the Will or Administration Court papers to preparing contracts of sale to sell the real estate to the distribution closing papers. I am proud to say that we represent many people all over the country that have an interest in a NY Estate or are an executor, administrator and trustee of a NY Estate matter. We also represent clients that live outside of the United States with similar interests in NY Estate matters. If you live outside of NY, you do not need to come to NY to serve as the fiduciary (executor, administrator, trustee) of an Estate, you do not need to come to NY to marshall the assets, the house or sell the house - we do it all.
