I know I have a tremendous amount to be thankful for this year! I’m truly blessed. My clients are amazing and I’m happy to get the opportunities to do what I love.

We are usually planning ahead and rushing everywhere and worried about everything. Today is a day to slow it down. Enjoy time with your family & friends. Enjoy the little things (and also good wine) Reflect and give thanks to all the good and bad things that have happened in your life. It’s what makes you, you. Wishing you a safe, happy, & fun day! This deck restoration project came out amazing!

Our wonderful client called us because her deck was not in good shape. The stairs were installed incorrectly thus, rotted away and were settling away from the landing.

We demolished the steps, made a new concrete pad to be level with the pavers, replaced numerous boards & built a new staircase. Then washed, sanded primed and stained the entire deck.

We were brought into this relocation project to replace three sump pumps and install new wax seals in 2 toilets.

I noticed that the kitchen waste line (copper) was slowly dripping onto (2) double outlets boxes. I felt the pipe and it was extremely soft! Ready to fail at any second!

We quickly cutout a large section of the copper waste line and installed with pvc piping. Replaced the entire line up to the kitchen sink and installed a new faucet and drain as well. We then changed the connection for the bathroom drain to be a cleaner looking and flowing connection. We replaced all the sump pumps, added all new check valves, replaced a couple outlets and finally put 3 separate light fixtures in the basement onto one existing switch.

This basement is now ready for our clients to move in and they no longer have to worry about the sump pumps not working!

Another great relocation project has been completed! This was a fun project! We were hired to paint the full interior, ceiling walls and trim in this home located in Lebanon, NJ. The existing carpet was removed and replaced, we refinished a custom bookcase, had a great deal of corner beads we had to fix and finally the kitchen and laundry room was remodeled!

During our process in design we spend a lot of time with our clients to ensure a smooth flowing kitchen for whatever their needs are.

The kitchen was finished in Benjamin Moore Regal Select Matte in “Sterling”. A fabulous washable finish!

Our clients are now ready to move in and enjoy their new home!

Here at JJ Lawler LLC, we strive to provide our clients with the best craftsmanship possible. We were taught as a third-generation contractor to "Do it once, do it right" Our work is not only to physically look the best but also for longevity purposes.

We, unfortunately, get calls from other homeowners to fix or replace poor installs done by others. Which costs our clients more money in the long run. This is what we the to avoid for our clients!
