Confession: my favorite hobby is handing Colorado homeowners the keys to their new home.

You’d think doing it enough times would make it feel routine, but it definitely doesn’t. Every single closing still gets me a little choked up, and I will never apologize for that.

What people don’t see is everything that happens between the mini consult and that key handoff. Like the preapproval (preferably with a local lender!), the negotiations, the inspection repairs, the closing delay nobody saw coming, the appliance that picks the worst possible week to quit.

It is never the clean little arrow people picture. It’s more like string art gone slightly rogue.

But that’s the job. Untangling the mess so my clients can focus on the feel the good part.

A big congratulations to my sellers who just closed on the sale of their mothers home! It was bittersweet for sure for them but I was blessed to be able to help them navigate the process and get it not only under contract within 24 hours of going active but closed in under 30 days!!!
