🚨BREAKING NEWS!🚨

The Biden-Harris administration is taking steps to solidify protections for Dreamers. If their efforts to solidify DACA are successful, then it would be a strong step toward a more permanent solution for DACA holders and would provide a more solid footing for DACA in future court challenges. This will also hopefully allow new applicants to be able to apply for their new initial DACA.

Until then, the benefits of DACA are only available to those who have already been approved for DACA and are eligible for renewal.
