The officer was so proud of this search and arrest was so proud he posted it on social media. Well today me and got this search and arrest tossed out of court!!!!

Our client was wrongly identified of pointing a gun at someone after a road rage incident. Thank you to the prosecutor for listening to the description of the man with the gun and then looking at our client and realizing our client looked nothing like the man with the gun. Once I pointed the discrepancy out to the prosecutor the case was dismissed the very next day!
