Reviewed the appellate briefs in the Gilbreath matter—from
what I saw, I believe our Plaintiff’s trial verdict will be upheld! This five week trial involved a very novel issue involving post-Ritchie shareholder oppression against Lisa Gilbreath Horan. I am proud to have worked on her behalf with Kym Stuart against a sea of “big firm” lawyers to get the third highest intentional tort verdict in Texas for 2016! Here’s hoping!!!
