Experienced and Impartial Mediation and Dispute Resolution Services
With over 12 years of experience, I provide professional mediation and dispute resolution services for a wide range of conflicts. As a certified mediator, I act as an unbiased and impartial party to help parties reach fair and mutually beneficial agreements. My goal is to foster understanding between parties and avoid costly litigation.
I handle various types of disputes, including:
• Pre-divorce mediation
• Liberty scope representation
• Agreements and court-ordered mediation
• Family law cases
• Civil contract disputes
• Pre-contract negotiations
• Post-pre-agreement resolutions
• Arbitration and contract clauses
• Contract review and more
Family Law Support
For family law cases, I can assist with non-contested divorces, non-contested custody situations, and non-contested child arrangements, strictly based on the Texas Family Code. Additionally, I can guide you in filling out pro se forms if you choose to represent yourself.
Civil Case Mediation
If the court has ordered mediation for a civil case or if you are representing yourself (pro se) in a civil dispute, I can help you achieve a mediated settlement agreement, which is binding and can be presented to the court in civil litigation.
If your contract calls for arbitration, I can handle that as well. Additionally, I can assist in drafting joint ventures and joint business agreements while maintaining complete impartiality.
Impartiality is key in helping all parties achieve a true meeting of the minds, whether it’s court-ordered mediation or an attempt to resolve disputes outside the courtroom.
