Tropical Storm Edouard is nearing landfall today, and it will bring some sporty winds and heavy rainfall into the upper Texas coast. For the most part the worst of these impacts will be east and north of Houston, but we’re still eyeing the potential for heavy rainfall, especially east of Interstate 45.
