We are pleased to announce that Mr. Matthew P. Henry has joined our Firm!

Matthew was just admitted to the Texas bar. His practice will focus primarily on representing educational institutions and governmental entities in litigation, as well as employment, civil rights, and general school law. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Henry gained significant practical experience through law clerk and legal internship positions in both private practice and public-sector settings. As a law clerk, he assisted with complex civil litigation matters, including legal research, drafting briefs and motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. His prior experience also includes serving in the Office of General Counsel at Texas Tech University, where he researched and analyzed matters involving university policy, contracts, regulatory compliance, and institutional agreements.

We are pleased to announce that Ms. Camisha L. Mitchell has joined our Firm!

Camisha was admitted to the Texas bar in 2025. Her practice focuses primarily on representing educational institutions and governmental entities in litigation, as well as employment, civil rights, and general school law. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Mitchell practiced in the area of insurance defense, representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Mitchell served as a writing teacher, grade-level chair, and content lead with KIPP Texas, giving her firsthand insight into the legal and operational issues faced by public schools and their administrators.
