Customers will need to take pictures of their Gift-Cards (front and back) and their government issued identifications/driver licenses (front and back) to be uploaded to the website. Once successfully uploaded, and essential, required information is provided, LAVMART LLC will process your refunds. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for refunds to processed and mailed to your address. If you have additional questions, please email to the contact information on the website.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

On behalf of LAVMART LLC, our law firm would like to announce that LAVMART LLC, DBA "DOLPHIN MART," is working to find a solution to ascertain outstanding balances on customer's Gift-Cards, and setting up procedures, including identifying the owners of the Gift-Cards, and to reimburse customers. Please be patient and provide us time to resolving these technical issues.

At the same time, our office filed suit under Cause No. 202635500 - LAVMART INC vs. DISCOVER CHINATOWN LLC et Al., in The 152nd District Court of Harris County, Texas. The lawsuit was filed against certain individuals and businesses that wrote libelous, defamatory statements against our client. Those statements were written to promote Defendant's business benefits, and/or for pecuniary interests, damaging our client's business reputation. These libelous statements will continue to cause damages continue to do so in the near future. Please be advised that any further defamatory statements against LAVIMART, LLC shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Plaintiff's Original Petition is now available to the general public on Harris County District Clerk's website, https://www.hcdistrictclerk.com, to be viewed and downloaded.
