VERDICT ALERT!!

Farah Law attorneys Milad Farah and Geoffrey Borschow recently obtained a $508,333.33 jury verdict for our client following a trial in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Our client was riding his bicycle through a marked crosswalk when he was struck by a municipal bus. The defense attempted to blame our client for the crash and question the extent of his injuries.

Milad and Geoffrey took the case to trial, presented the evidence to a jury, and made the case for our client. At the conclusion of the trial, the jury returned a $508,333.33 verdict in his favor.
