Everyone keeps saying the market is slow… but this one barely had time to sit. 👀

Can’t take all the credit because our seller, Michele, did the work to get the home show-ready, then we went hard on getting eyes on it.

pushed it through our network, packed the open house on first weekend, and got it under contract quickly for more than what our seller needed.

Is the market slower? Sure. We just hit the record listings on the market…But good homes with the right prep, pricing, and marketing are still moving.

Selling an inherited home is hard enough.

Now imagine it’s your mom’s home, you live out of state, it’s filled with years of family belongings and clutter, and you don’t have the time or resources to manage everything that needs to happen.

Tammy came to us last year, right as a huge life change was about to happen.

She was having a baby. And she wanted to start this new chapter next to her best friend, here in Houston.

That meant moving from the east coast. A whole new city. A whole new life.

This year, the stars aligned.
We found her a brand new home, $50,000 off the original price.

Then we got nearly $20,000 in closing costs added on top, to lower her rate and her payment.

New baby. New city. New home.
All in the same year.

She bought an almost brand new home and brought less than $2,000 to the closing table. 🏠

But that's not where her story started.

A few years ago, she first came to us as a renter, just dreaming about buying in this same area.

Then life happened. Years passed. There were struggles. Eventually, it was time to rebuild.
