DiLauro Tax Law PLLC will be closed today 6/9/25 in memory of, and for the funeral and burial services of, Guadalupe Garza Gamboa, Justin DiLauro’s father-in-law, Christina’s father, and grandfather to their three young children, who passed unexpectedly last week.

Lupe was a career United States Postal Service carrier and proud . He was 2nd generation American son of a Port of Houston and a -caregiver for children needing homes the Lawndale / Wayside neighborhood of Southeast . His grandparents were migrant of turn-of-19th century East Texas farms having originally immigrated from Monterrey.

He passed proudly knowing he had multiple children who were , and those who were in the , , , , and early-childhood professions.

Lupe’s grandchildren are budding and aspiring , , , , , , and .

His biggest passion beyond his family was perhaps , so in lieu of any condolences or otherwise, please consider a donation in Lupe’s memory Houston Arts Alliance:
