CHILD ALMOST KILLED BY VICIOUS DOG. WLF files lawsuit against owner of vicious dog. Child survives attack but is left with permanent scars on her face, neck, and arm. Lawsuit seeks to recover medical expenses and compensation for personal injuries. Lawsuit also seeks compensation for future scar revision surgery and counseling.
