⚠️ End of Automatic EAD Extensions ⚠️

Last week, DHS announced an Interim Final Rule that ends automatic extensions of certain EADs and employment authorizations when you file for renewal.

This change kicks in immediately for renewal applications submitted on or after October 30, 2025, affecting EADs for adjustment applicants and H-1B, L-1, and E-1/E-2 spouses.

Be proactive! 🕒 File your EAD renewals at least 6 months before expiration!
