Pool deaths are extremely tragic and lawyers with experience. We have handled multiple pool deaths over the years. The only thing that matters is the family will never be the same.

An 8-year-old girl, Aliyah Jaico, disappeared Saturday swimming with her family in a Houston DoubleTree hotel pool; her body was found at 11:30 p.m.

Yesterday was another great day for clients of Brann Sullivan Trial Lawyers. On a wreck that occurred in June 2020 and with the liability insurance company continuing to deny liability, yesterday in the face of a trial setting in 30 days and the last day to respond to a policy limits demand, they tendered their policy limits of $1 million to our clients. 

Our clients, on I 45 near Conroe, rear ended at highway speeds, a pickup truck that had stopped in the center of a moving lane of traffic without any warning or emergency assistance to pick up a lost load. Our clients came over a blind spot and had nowhere to go because of traffic Around them. The insurance company and defense counsel wanted to blame our client, the driver, her husband was a passenger, for failing to keep a proper lookout and negligent evasive actions. We were not going to let that happen.

You simply have to fight these battles from the very beginning to the very end.

Thank you to our team who fought hard for these clients. And thank you to our clients for  for believing in themselves, in their case, and allowing us to take it to the bitter end, where it was necessary in order to get them full compensation from those who caused this mass wreck.
