Lisa has over 14 years of extensive HR experience helping to lead organizations in International, Corporate and Field locations. Lisa has been instrumental in working with executive leadership teams helping them to prioritize their most important asset, their people. She began her career at Arthur Andersen and the entered the oil and gas industry spending 10 years with Marathon Oil in multiple roles. Most notably a year rotating in West Africa and developing and leading the University Relations Organization. She most recently spend 2 years with Hess Corp. as the Senior HR Manager on the executive team for the Bakken. She is known for building credibility and trusted partnerships quickly, as well as bringing enthusiasm and energy to leadership teams as their go-to thought partner.
