Legal News: Texas Supreme Court's Landmark Ruling on Medical Negligence

The Texas Supreme Court has just delivered a pivotal decision in the case of Michiel R. Noe, M.D. v. Grissel A. Velasco, addressing what damages are recoverable when medical negligence results in the birth of a healthy child.
